Sandra Rossi Madormo and I have been involved for almost a year in preparing another edition of INATI Inspira. It has been an intensive process involving planning, countless conversations, trips, meetings and, above all, the commitment to creating a program that is relevant to the current needs and challenges of our industry.

For 2027, we have expanded the event to four days, from April 1 to 4, bringing together three events with distinct yet complementary proposals. The S4 – Swim Schools Strategic Summit, aimed at swimming school owners and managers; the NI&CriD – Natação Infantil & Criança com Deficiência, dedicated to inclusion and the challenges of professional practice; and the traditional CBNI – Congresso Brasileiro de Natação Infantil, now in its 17th edition, focusing on the training and professional development of swimming instructors.

This segmentation was no coincidence. We believe that the development of our industry requires different perspectives and approaches. The needs of those who manage a swimming school are not necessarily the same as those of professionals who work in the pool every day, even though everyone is part of the same process of growth and evolution.

This edition will feature 26 speakers, including 6 international guests. Bringing in recognized professionals with experience in other markets is always enriching, but our goal goes beyond gathering internationally renowned names. We want their experiences, knowledge and insights to connect with the challenges we face in Brazil.

This required numerous trips, contacts and conversations to gain a deeper understanding of different realities, identify relevant experiences and find topics that can genuinely contribute to our professionals and businesses. Coordinating schedules, expectations and possibilities was not always easy, but we believe this effort is part of the responsibility that comes with organizing an event of this scale.

It has been, and continues to be, an exhausting but also incredibly rewarding undertaking. After so many years dedicated to children's swimming, we continue to believe that bringing people together, sharing knowledge and encouraging new perspectives are concrete ways to contribute to the development of our industry.

Sandra's and my expectation is that INATI Inspira 2027 will live up to the trust placed in us by every professional who decides to take part. This sense of responsibility motivates us to make each edition better than the last.

In the video, we introduce the 26 speakers who will be joining us in April. We look forward to seeing many of you in São Paulo!
